Frontiers of Medicine 2012, Volume 6, Issue 3,   Pages 263-274 doi: 10.1007/s11684-012-0215-5

Abstract:

Chromosomal aberrations have been associated with cancer development since their discovery more thanChromosomal translocations, a type of particular structural changes involving heterologous chromosomesthe past few decades, tremendous progress has been achieved towards elucidating the mechanism causing chromosomaltranslocations. This review focuses on the basic mechanisms underlying the generation of chromosomal translocations.

Advances in cytogenetic study of spontaneous abortion

Luo Lanrong,Li Jian

Strategic Study of CAE 2015, Volume 17, Issue 6,   Pages 65-69

Abstract: Cytogenetic studies of spontaneous abortion are mainly in two aspects, one is embryonic chromosomal abnormalitiesIn spontaneous abortion the embryonic chromosomal abnormal detection rate is around 60 % and this ratioLess structural chromosomal abnormalities of embryo include chromosomal breakage, inversions, deletionsand translocations and so on.traditional chromosome karyotype analysis and fluorescence in situ hybridization techniques (FISH) to chromosomal
